ERP Solutions & Auditing, LLC (ERPSAA) is very, very proud to have lowered our Clients Long-Term Annual Maintenance and Support Renewals for their Oracle ERP a minimum of $350,000,000, for the first 80 Clients who engaged us to assist with our Tier I ERP Service—Active Cycle Procurement™.  

 

Each of our Clients all exclusively run Oracle® E-Business Suite, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, JD Edwards World or PeopleSoft.  

 

The average percentage reduction in Long-Term Oracle Support (low to high) fell between 43%-56% while the average cost cuts to Oracle Support for all Clients averaged more than $2,187,500 in 10 years, and greater than $4,375,000 in 20 years. 

 

At NO FINANCIAL RISK to a Client, ERP Solutions & Auditing deeply cuts the Net License cost and resultant 5-Yr. TCO of what we call a Client's "Best and Lowest Negotiated Vendor Offer." We never charge a fee to analyze a Client's lowest offer and in our Services Agreement we place in writing the minimum amout we will lower a Client's 5-Yr. TCO.

 

If we do not deliver the deep cost cuts we placed in writing, a Client owes us no fee. This is what we mean by NO FINANCIAL RISK and in the last 4 years we have not once failed to deliver the cost reductions we placed in writing to our first 80 Clients.

 

NOTE: One method we never employ is calling a Client's Vendor demanding a higher discount. We're not consultants. The level of cost cuts we achieve for Clients are not possible to achieve with discounts.
